The location was very convenient for walking to attractions.
Our experience at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta was disappointing. We faced multiple issues, including cleanliness problems and a lack of proper maintenance. The pool area appeared outdated and needed repairs, making it less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Poolside serenity with lovely service
The staff at Hotel Pueblito Vallarta were incredibly warm and attentive, especially Ninfa and Sergio, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The serene pool area offered the perfect backdrop for leisurely afternoons under the sun, and our spacious Master Suite felt like a home away from home, complete with a kitchenette for light meals.

this hotel was just awful, like, there was moldy bathroom walls and no safe in the room, which is a must! absolutely expected a complimentary upgrade for all the inconveniences. Oh, and cockroaches—who even lets that happen? I was almost going to give a good review, but then I just couldn’t with such poor standards.

The staff were genuinely friendly (Ninfa and Julio stood out! ) and the outdoor swimming pool had a wonderful vibe for lounging around. Also, the location was superb, making it easy to explore all nearby attractions.
The room could have benefited from a better upkeep, as it felt a bit dated and there was no place to sit other than the bed.

The location offered easy access to bus stops and nearby restaurants, making it convenient for exploring. The swimming pool was enjoyable, and the A/C kept the room nicely cool, although it required a quick repair due to noise. The spacious Double Master Suite made for a comfortable stay. However, the room could use better upkeep, and the presence of some maintenance issues diminished the overall experience.
